All Individual Hire & Package prices are for “Hire Only” with a hire period of 3 days included for your convenience (including pick up & delivery days). Happy to discuss/quote an extended period if required.
If you would like us to Set up / Pack down on the day we are happy to help for an additional fee. (see Additional Services)
All hire items remain the property of Pink Poppy Events
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking shall be paid on confirmation of the reservation
A bond of $100 will be charged for hire – which is payable 10 days prior to collection – payment is to be made by bank deposit. The bond will be refunded within 5 days of satisfactory return of goods.
Full payment due 5 days prior to pick up/delivery
We will arrange delivery for an additional charge however pick up is also available from Browns Bay.
Full replacement costs, repair costs, will be charged for damage or loss of any items and/or packaging - all packaging must be returned with the goods - including boxes, bags & bubble wrap.
All hire items become responsibility of the hirer during the hire period & satisfactory arrangements must be made with the venue to secure the items following the event.
