NOW HIRING – ON-SITE APARTMENT MANAGER
Property: Ashley Court Apartments
Location: 909 W Bush Street, Lemoore, CA 93245
Ashley Court Apartments is seeking a dependable and professional On-Site Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-maintained 60-unit community. This position requires living on the property.
COMPENSATION
• $20.00 per hour (paid through payroll)
• On-site manager apartment provided (2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms)
• Lodging credit applied in compliance with California law
• Paid sick leave and workers’ compensation coverage
SCHEDULE
Approximately 32.5 hours per week
Office hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Additional availability for occasional after-hours emergencies as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain regular office hours and communicate with residents
• Show and lease vacant units
• Process applications and assist with move-ins and move-outs
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendors
• Monitor and maintain common areas and property appearance
• Respond to resident concerns and service requests
• Make bank deposits and maintain basic property records
• Assist with unit turnovers
• Enforce community policies
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must live on-site (housing provided as condition of employment)
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Property management or customer service experience preferred
