We provide free delivery throughout the greater Wellington area (south of Pukerua Bay and Upper Hutt).
All goods are checked at the end of each hire to ensure that they are in perfect working order before they are hired out to the next customer.
Upon delivery we will demonstrate how to operate the equipment.
All units that we hire are user friendly and very reliable. We know that you can feel confident knowing that the equipment that we supply will live up to your expectations.
All goods remain the sole property of RockBox Party Hire, or its representatives, and the hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage sustained, within the hire period.and up till the time all goods are returned The hirer shall be responsible for the cost of repairing any equipment damage and liable for the replacement cost in the event of theft.
In no event shall Rockbox Party Hire be held liable for personal injury or property damage caused by improper use of equipment
A $50 Cancellation fee will be charged if the hire is cancelled within 3 days of the date hired.
Our policy on refunds is that RockBox Party Hire will refund all monies if the equipment is proven to be faulty and being so, was unable to be used as intended .
No refunds will be payable if equipment was damaged by misuse or shifted from agreed placement.
Payment is required when the equipment is delivered, or at another time, if arranged prior to delivery.
