Baxters Catering was established in 1976. Over the years Baxters has catered to hundreds of thousands of people much like yourself.
In 1996 Baxters Catering moved into Spit Roast style of Catering. In doing so it has given us years of experience to perfect and hone our technique to bring you beautifully cooked meals that we offer you today.
Experience the difference that only a spit roast can provide as it slowly cooks to perfection, prime cuts of beef, pork, ham and chicken. Our succulent spit roasted fare is carved at the buffet and served with gourmet potatoes, fresh garden salads or seasonal vegetables. All buffet meals include a selection of sauces, mustards, gravy and a Bakers Basket of freshly baked rolls.
We cater for groups of 25 - 2,000 and offer an extremely competitive package for functions of 100 or more people.
